ElevenLabs Free Credits: How to Get 10,000 Credits a Month

ElevenLabs lists 10,000 free credits a month on its Free plan, with no special code or giveaway involved. You only need an account. This guide shows how to register with a temporary tempgmail.io address, what the credits cover and which rules apply.

Register in five steps

1. Open tempgmail.io and copy the address shown in the tool. Keep this tab open and watch the timer.
2. Go to elevenlabs.io and choose to sign up with email and a password. Do not choose Google: tempgmail.io gives you an address to receive mail, not a Google login.
3. Paste the address, set a strong password you do not use anywhere else, and submit the form.
4. Return to tempgmail.io, wait for the ElevenLabs verification email and open it before your session ends. Check that it really comes from ElevenLabs.
5. Sign in and check your plan. The Free plan’s credit allowance should appear in your account.

What 10,000 credits get you

The credits are shared across the Free plan’s tools, which include Text to Speech, Speech to Text, Sound Effects, Voice Design, Music and three Studio projects. Costs vary by model and tool. At one credit per character, 10,000 credits is about 10 minutes of speech.

The allowance is monthly, so plan on using it as you go instead of saving it up. Check elevenlabs.io/pricing before relying on these figures, because plans can change.

Rules you need to follow

• One free account: ElevenLabs says it allows “one free account per user and IP”. New email addresses are not a way to collect more credits, and accounts may be flagged.
• Non-commercial use: the Free plan has no commercial licence. Monetised videos, ads and client work need a paid plan.
• Attribution: if you publish Free plan audio, ElevenLabs requires “elevenlabs.io” or “11.ai” in the title. Eleven Music content must reference Eleven Music instead.
• Age and credentials: you must be at least 18, and you may not share your login with others.

Move the account to your own email

Public tempgmail.io addresses are short-lived and can be shared, so anyone who later receives mail at that address could request a password reset. If you want to keep the account, change the address straight away while the inbox is still open.

In ElevenLabs, open your profile icon, then Settings, then Change Email. Enter an address you own and confirm the link sent to it. Accounts created with email and a password can do this; accounts created with Google or Apple cannot.

If the email does not arrive

Compare the address on the form with the one in the tool, then refresh the inbox. ElevenLabs suggests trying another browser or device if sign-up keeps failing. Its manual verification route needs a mailbox you can send from, which a tempgmail.io address does not provide, so use your own email if the message never appears.
